ABOUT ME

I am currently a graduate assistant working on my Master's Degree in Mathematics. I love math, video games, board games, and really any sort of game. My girlfriend, Emily, and I are wanting to travel and meet some new people and so we are trying out CouchSurfing.

PHILOSOPHY

I feel the most important goal in my life is finding absolute truth. I study mathematics to exercise my logical reasoning and feel very passionate about that. I want to see the world with my own eyes and make my own judgments about it.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite movie is The Matrix because I think it presents the indomitable human spirit in a very elegant and stylistic way. I just finished reading the Sherlock Holmes stories and I am now reading H. P. Lovecraft's stuff. I like both very much. I'm not very music-literate, but I like the sound of jazz and punk rock.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am interested in teaching mathematics to anyone who wants to learn. I used to play flute and could probably help out a beginner. My girlfriend is good at drawing and she will happily share her gift to anyone who appreciates it. I like learning new math and new games. I would really, really like to learn parkour sometime.
