I'm interested in different cultures and I love seeing the differences in life styles all over the world.

I also love food, eating and cooking. If we couch surf together then I hope we can show each other how to cook something local.

I love long, leisurely, walks through beautiful country side.

My profession is IT although right now I'm taking a career break to travel around South East Asia.

My long term plan is to move and live in China for a couple of years. This is to improve my Mandarin Chinese and to experience something totally different to the western work life.

I'm currently backpacking through south east asia with my girlfriend - Serena.

I want to meet lots of people and eat lots of local food.

I don't want to go to the same tourist places as other backpackers, I want to see the local towns where people actually live and work.
