Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to travel and share my experiences and skills with those who wish to hear or learn. As well as learning from others.

My idea of a good holiday is one where I meet people who either live there or know the area well, and are willing to show me their culture.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have met up with couchsurfers a few times, but as of yet never stayed with any that I met directly through couchsurfing. I am a member of the burning man community and through that I have friends in many countries, a few of which I have stayed with, and most of which are also couchsurfers.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I moved to Bolivia and volunteered at a performing arts charity teaching kids from the poorer barrios circus skills, including: juggling, aerial silks and unicycling (among many others). I've been 20 months now, and plan on remaining at least another 6 months.

A degree in computer science.
Experience with electronics.
Many circus skills, including juggling, staff, poi and unicycling.
