ABOUT ME

I am an English teacher currently living and working around Asia. I love travelling and meeting diverse people. I also like going to the beach, watching football (soccer), playing sports, drinking coffee, people watching and hanging out with friends.

I'm also pretty good at drinking strong coffee (I once was a finalist in a coffee drinking competition) and I'm good at sleeping on the most uncomfortable forms of transport.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've mainly hosted people and only surfed a bit. I've met some fantastic people who've taught me many interesting things and have inspired me to host more people when I settle again. I love meeting people from different places and learning a bit more about their unique way of life.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted a handful of people and met a number of others for coffee/city tours and gatherings. I've met some really cool people with some really interesting stories. I've only had positive couchsurfing experiences.

Intereses

Outdoor activities including swimming, sunbathing, hiking and general exploring. I also like reading, watching TV, and surfing the internet.

Música, películas y libros

Indie Rock mainly, but open to other genres. I love world literature and imaging myself in other places and time periods. My favourite authors include Rohinton Mistry, Murakami, Zadie Smith to mention a few.

Quit my job and left everything in Australia to travel and work overseas.
