About Me

I like to smile, laugh and keep life exciting. Neither one is difficult if you are around the right people. I am happy to share my time with others and I am ultimately curious to hear what brought you to this point in life.

I know that I grow as a person when I put myself in uncomfortable situations.. so I do that sometimes. When life stops being exciting, I think it is time to make some changes.

Embrace Uncertainty.

I am also content with eating fruit and coming up with freestyle raps in my head.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have used couchsurfing to meet people in places where I live (and have lived) or have traveled to. I would like to host csers, but my living situation doesn't allow for that yet... I am indebted to couchsurfing.org!

Thus far, the people I have met through CS have either been my greatest memories from traveling. Positive experience to say the least.

Interests

There may be more things that I am interested in that I want to do than what I actually do. My mental list is burning a hole in my head, but some things have remained consistent besides that growing list.

I like to try new things.... Ask me once and if I say 'no' glare at me until you realize I said no because I thought I had something better to do... I didn't.

I love playing basketball (and various other sports), but basketball more than the others. My knees and back hurt, but I am still going trying for my first dunk of my 30s.

Beach activities, Kayaking, Biking, Walking.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like music and I am always interesting in hearing new types, songs and artists. I have a mixed taste but I usually forget the artists and song names so it sounds like I only like The Doors, Grateful Dead, 1990s: techno, rap, grunge, alternative.

I read some bad novels in high school and some really good ones. The sad thing is I remember how stupid the bad ones where, but can't remember how great the rest were.

I am easily entertained but the movies I keep going back to are What's Eating Gilbert Grape, Stand by Me, and Back to the Future. I really need to hold someone's hand on expanding my movie horizons!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have a fleeting memory... but the first thing that came to my mind was when my mom threw a Cherry pie into my face on my 10th birthday.
