ABOUT ME

I'm a goofy guy with and eclectic sense of humor. I'm more likely to discuss space mission architecture while shaking my butt on the dance floor than to I am to worry about tonight's American Idol while drinking a beer.

If you want to know what my friends would really say, well you'd have to ask them. I'm not a mind reader, yet...

PHILOSOPHY

When you feel good make sure you appreciate and enjoy it. When you feel bad just remember it didn't always feel that way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been a pretty good host in the past. In my college days I had no problem giving a friend or even the guy from the bar a place to sleep it off.

In terms of surfing myself I like to take a jungle approach and offer to help out when possible if someone is willing to host me.

I'm an engineer by training and it definitely reflects in my free time. I'm building a off-road truck to race in the BAJA 1000 right now but not a week goes by that I don't find something else to occupy my time. I've also started brewing my own wine and I've been practicing the harmonica for about a year.

Well I interned at Kennedy Space Center, while there I was privileged enough to visit the launch pad immediately after Discovery left on its final voyage.

Before that I climbed a mountain in New Mexico with no climbing support, that was pretty exhausting but at the top it felt completely worth the view.
