Originally Portuguese but brought up on the island of Jersey.

Lived in Ecuador, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Cuba, Argentina and England.

Studied at Queen Mary University of London, the University of Cambridge, and the University of Havana.

I've just completed an intensive Japanese language course at the Japan University of Economics, Fukuoka, and am on an internship in Tokyo
