I am a musician studying Classical and Jazz saxophone at Otterbein University in Westerville, OH. I spend most of my time practicing or studying music, and enjoy reading and spending time with my friends on campus or at Cafes in Columbus.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on CouchSurfing because I have found it in planning a trip to France to study saxophone. I would love to host someone at my home if it works out, but I live with my mom and would have to work that out. We have an open room and I have the place to myself every other week, as well, so it could work.

Interests

I am a musician - I play saxophone and clarinet, but also dabble in other instruments like the guitar, keyboard, cajon, and others. I play some video games and watch some TV when I get free time on my own, but mostly I spend my time practicing, studying music, and eating.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I planned an event bringing world-renowned saxophonist Professor Debra Richtmeyer to my university and gathered saxophone quartets from around Ohio to play music and learn in masterclasses with her.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my music with hosts, and teach instruments if wanted. I can work with anyone on English, as well.
