ABOUT ME

I'm from California and now I'm living in Colombia. In the 4 years that I've been in Medellin I have fallen in love with the culture, the scenery, the people and the food. I love living in Medellin. The city is very fun and full of things to do. I like meeting new people, practicing salsa, practicing French (I've been studying French for 3 months now). I'm always up to just have a coffee or a beer I'm fluent in English and Spanish and I'm a beginner at French.

Me encanta Medellin. Viví en California casi toda mi vida y ahora vivo en Medellin. Me encanta la gente, la cultura, la comida y todo lo que hay para hacer en esta ciudad. Me gusta conocer gente nueva, bailar, hablar y gozar de la vida.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I attend couchsurfing events and share events on my facebook. I also helped create a language exchange group that continues to meet every Thursday at a local Hostel here in Medellin.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couch surfed around the United States. Not through this website but through my own friend network.

Meeting new people, playing the guitar, dancing salsa, going to cafes, speaking English, speaking Spanish, practicing my French, going to museums, watching plays, watching live music, playing basketball, playing soccer, swimming at Estadio, playing chess, teaching English, volunteering, drinking rum, aguardiente, beer, etc. :)

Musica, film e libri

Movies: I like all kind of movies. Yes I'll even buckle and watch a chick flick if I must.
Music: I like all kinds of music, from Rock to Vallenato. I play the guitar, so I really like singer songwriter type music.
Books: I like self improvement books. I'm a very positive person, so I like to read about how I can continue to achieve my goals.
Books: I'm currently reading The Four Hour Work Week.

Went to the Colombia vs USA game in Los Angeles in the 1994 World Cup.

I can teach beginner salsa and Spanish. I own a small internet marketing and website development business, www.massivewebsitemarketing.com. I can show you around the city of Medellin. I volunteer at an orphanage and I'm able to take visitors so if you're interested I can show you around.
