A concert performance I played at for Australian Defence troops based at Dili, East Timor: backing up a 12-year old East Timorese orphan passionately belting out ‘Let it be’ in front of a few hundred overwhelmed troops (right before a Black Hawk lands on the tarmac behind us!!). That I thought was pretty amazing.
