Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As a linguistics student I used Couchsurfing to communicate with foreigners and practice my English. I started traveling myself when I got my first job, but still living in the poorest country in Europe I couldn't afford hotels or expensive tours. Coucsurfing became a real lifeline mostly because of its members who are 95% wonderful generous people that will help you to experience a culture in the most unforgettable way. I've made dozens of friends here and even if you visit the shittiest city you can find a person that will make the best impression of it.
