Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Hotels are great but one of the most exiting things about traveling is local people, you can't really understand the city and culture, which is more important, without being with them. I enjoy making new friends and sharing my emotions and stories during the trip so I'm here. What is more, it gives me an opportunity to discover a new language and meet so many fabulous people with different views! Couchsurfing is a wonderful thing!

Music, Movies, and Books

Favorite writers are: Remarque, Tolstoy, Dostoevsky, Kerouac, Fukuyama and some other political philosophers. Honestly, it's too complicated to choose, better ask me in person.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Got lost in the mountains during backcountry tour with a friend, then got lost in the same mountains with the same friend 5 years later (but in the summer), spent a night sleeping on the beach, hitchhiked through Europe, Morocco, Iran, Georgia, South Korea, China, and other places.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some Russian or Chinese, any sports I'm into, give recommendations about Russian literature and cooking and share every experience I have. Also feel free to take me out for a walk, I can give you an amazing tour around Sochi or St Petersburg
