Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Relocating to Atlanta to start my PhD in Mechanical Engineering
ABOUT ME
I'm an American science student. I love to travel and if I won the lottery I'd take a year off to travel the world over.
I'm patient, adaptable, and curious. I'm clean and considerate and I play well with others; my roommate Ben (below) can testify :)
Interests
I love to explore and stumble onto something random and unexpected. I'm restless and I like to stretch my arms and legs. Wherever my legs take me my sketchbook goes with me. My life's passions are science and art, but I'm curious about a lot of things around the world; from the local fashion and food to the shapes and smells of the native flowers.

Music, Movies, and Books
Blues, Jazz, Classic Rock, Electro-swing, Folk, The Beatles, etc.
I like to read classics, science fiction, and sometimes philosophy.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
1. The Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, Spain.
2. Hiking the beautiful and dangerous Half Dome in Yosemite National Park.
3. Seeing the particle accelerator at Brookhaven National Labs.
4. Making a reproduction of M.C. Escher's "Dewdrop".
Teach, Learn, Share
I speak fluent Russian and I'd be happy to teach some ;) as well as cool ideas in physics. If you like to draw we can be drawing partners and spend a day sketching!
I have a few savory or sweet food recipes that may come in handy.
I'd like to learn about the local culture, or about your own life and travels. I'll welcome any other wisdom you may choose to share.
