ABOUT ME

So I have recently got my undergraduate in psychology at uni and work as a disability carer, which I freaking love, my client's are hilarious and we get upto all sorts of antics.
I'm loud, joke about pretty much everything, smile a hell of a lot and just try to enjoy every single moment I've got. I tend to be spontaneous and make decision instantly (like just the other day I bought a ticket to USA and I leave in a week.....) and I'm always looking for more adventurous adventures. I enjoy a good beer or 37 like anyone else, I'm also brew my own beer and have recently become the proud owner of 8 new kegs. Even though I tend to burn the candle at both ends I also enjoy relaxing a bit with a good book.
I also have a huge passion for the outdoors, love camping, bush walking, snorkelling, roller blading, caving, abseiling and hopefully I'll be able to get my scuba cert soon, when I'm not poor that is.

I've been told that I'm incredibly easy to get along with, my main concern when it comes to others is whether you're a nice person and like to have fun, if so, then I don't care about anything else. I'm also incredibly interested in cultures and people from varying countries, thus why I'm studying psychology, not to mention helping people. If everyone lent one person a day a hand the world would be a friendlier place.

PHILOSOPHY

Dignity? Embarrassment? Humiliation? What are these thing you speak of? I feel that you should express and do what ever YOU want to do (of course with consideration of others) without persecution. Just enjoy life the way you've always wanted to with smiles, laughter and a whole lot of goofiness.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I first started CS when I went on a year and a half trip round the world, thought it'd be great to meet people from around the world. It has been the greatest decision of my life I've meet so many amazing wonderful people and would love to meet more.

Intereses

I have a multitude of interest, I'm incredibly willing to learn new things so as I get older my interests grow. I love the camping and being in the wilderness, I have been know to go hiking or bush walking for hours on end. My goal is to get into more outdoor activities such as caving and scuba diving. I also love reading and watching movies and on a lazy day playing video games. I also love to talk and those of you that I really get along with then you'll never be able to shut me up.

Música, películas y libros

My mum is a Librarian so I love books and could list hundreds of the ones I like, but mostly it's fantasy books from authors like Terry Pratchett, Raymond E Feist and even Guillermo Del Toro.
I like most movies but perfer Sci-Fi, Fanasty and comedy, I also love movies from my childhood like Labyrinth, Dark Crystal, Wayne's World, Gremlins and Goonies
I have a broad variety of music but mostly I listen to metal, punk, rock, psychobilly, alternative, folk and some relaxing music. My favourite band would be without a doubt the Decemberists.

Been to Burning Man 2 years in a row and I'm about to embark on a last minute trip the my 3rd year and I also am involved for the past 3 years in Burning Man Australia, I've also celebrated All-saints day in Todo Santos, Guatemala and hiked to the top of Schilthorn in Switzerland are just some of the few.

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I can teach you small things here and there, I can teach you to cook using the most basic ingredients also to cook on a fire. I can also teach you to not care what others think of you.
I'm opening to learn anything anyone is willing to share or teach me, especially if it's knowledge I love listening to stories and information about topics people are passionate about.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I can make you feel good about your co-ordination as I have a tendency to hurt myself in situations you shouldn't be able to get hurt in. I can also teach you how to brew beer, ginger beer, and cider. I'm also a pretty good cook (no fatalities to date) and can clean and sew.
