About Me

Hello there!

My name is Andrii, I'm a web developer from Ukraine(Kyiv). I used to work in the office recently, but now I'm working remotely as a freelancer.
I like to travel, learn new cultures and traditions, meet new people.
About my hobbies, I like playing or watching football(football is my passion), going to festivals and concerts, spending time with my friends, playing video games, etc.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As I said above, I like to meet new people, learn about new cultures, see some things from other point of view. It is really cool experience. And Couchsurfing gives really great opportunity for that!

Interests

Music, Movies, and Books

Some old good movies, such as Shawshank Redemption, Forrest Gump, Green Mile. Also, I'm a big fan of Christofer Nolan movies, and also movies, where you need to think.

About music, I used to listen to EDM(Avicii, Swedish House Mafia). But now I like a lot of different kinds of music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's not something I'm proud of, but it was really nice experience. I worked with one Boston company and developed a few websites for MIT university. It was nice to think, that you are making something for one of the best universities in the world.

Teach, Learn, Share

I taught some friends programming.
About couchserfing experience, I was in Ukrainian local organization "Tvoya Krajina". The main idea of this organization to make traveling inside Ukraine easier and more popular. People used to think that you need to go abroad to see something beautiful, but "Tvoya Krajina" shows that Ukraine has a lot of beautiful places by itself, and makes Ukraine more popular for young people.
In this organization, I worked as a host and hosted a lot of people from all over Ukraine.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Some traveling experience, or to get some experience from them. Knowledge of some things from everyday life, or I can share some programming skills ;)
