Intereses

I have more than eleven years of backpacking and climbing, paragliding, sailing. Practicing and teaching yoga and meditation. I can perform Thai massage (graduated from the massage school in Thailand), hold the Chinese tea ceremony, practice Reiki (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reiki).

In April 2015, survived the big earthquake in Nepal. Later, helped people in mountain villages after the earthquake - distributed tents and food to adults and pencils and albums for children

Was hiking in Himalaya mountains on the North of India

Stayed for vipassana meditation course in Cambodia

10-21/10/2016 I was certified as Thai massage therapist for body and foot massage :)

In South-East Asia I almost didn't use couchsurfing because every night I stayed in different temples....

When I stayed in Thai's temple for few weeks, monks made me а spiritual tattoo of the entire back size.

Didn't eat anything during 4 weeks, only drank water ;)

Enseña, aprende, comparte

can teach climbing and mountaineering, yoga and meditation.
I can perform a tea ceremony, I have teaset with me and some nice tea ;)
I can teach elementary chemistry.
I want to learn aikido
Also I want to learn French, English, Spanish and Chinese

as soon as I return, I am willing to host anyone who wants to stay at my house
But now I have a long way, you're welcome in my tent where there is always a space for one more person )
