My name is Andy as you probably figured out by my profile. I live in Germany (another point you already know) but I am originally from California. I just want to enjoy life and have fun. I am a good host and a clean responsible guest.

PHILOSOPHY

Be open minded but decide what you want. Hold everything loosely and never fully adopt any philosophy whether it be religion, politics, or lifestyle. Everything has a good and bad side and if you only look in one direction you miss out on a lot. In the end find out what works for you and don't worry about what others say or expect.

Music: Old School and New School Death Metal, Classic Rock,Reggae, Classical, some Electronic, stuff that doesn't suck. No top 40!

Books:
I read a lot on the net. Politics, History, Fitness and Health related stuff. Humor.

Movies: If I could just sit through a whole movie. I like comedies, documentaries, action, historical, drama. I don't watch TV. I like old South Park, Colbert, Daily Show, etc (I watch online).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Managed to stay employed, finish my degree, learn German, stay fit, see some of the world, etc.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a Personal Trainer but I am switching to health promotion. Basically I tell you that everything is bad for you and you need to start working out. Then I go home and drink beer, eat pizza, and play X-Box. I would be glad to share tips but when I visit I would rather just chill.I live fairly healthy but it is pretty much so I can enjoy life and the occasional beer and double cheeseburger.
