- I sometimes need assistance to open a car door. Luckily I have great friends who point out that you need to "turn the handle AND push at the same time" :-)
- loooove sarcasm!
- always in for a glass of wine/beer and some good conversation!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I worked in France as an Au Pair (do NOT recommend this, children are basically tiny assholes!), I met some great people through this site! went to Israel with 2 friends in March, so we thought: why not give this a shot? Never guessed there were so many funny & original people in the world! It was a very interesting way to travel, sometimes great, but other times a bit awkward.:-)But hey, thats life! I really prefer to travel this way (not because its free, ok thats a part of it, but it just makes the experience so much more authentic!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfed all through Israel, which was an amazing experience! Never want to stay in a hostel ever again!

Right now? Travelling! I have finished my Masters degree in September and have been looking for excuses not to start working yet. Turns out, traveling is a wonderful excuse!!!
Hopefully I will be able to travel in the US in the summer, but financial issues are in the way now. Oh well, I will figure something out. The world will always need prostitutes! :-)

Not really the biggest fan of this question. Cool people can like stupid things too!
Movies:
-I looove horror movies! Not the really disgusting ones, but the scaary, suspenseful ones! Rec, 28 days later, the shining...
Other films (that I can think of right now) randomly put together: The usual suspects, Seven, Madagascar!(those pingiuns: "Just smile and wave boys, just smile and wave..")

However I am a huge fan of stand up comedy!
- Dylan Moran, Eddie izzard, Ricky gervais ( saw all three of them in London!), Tim minchin, Bill hicks...

And I do like me some good tv:
Spartacus (although season 2 is dissapointing!)
Battlestar Galactica , Californication, Dexter, Mad Men, Game of thrones! I could go on, but I dont want you to picture me "on a couch at 4 am, staring trance-like at the tv with bloodshot eyes, surrounded by take-out food and trash, while my cat is watching me with contempt!"

Music... too hard.

Teach: I make a kick-ass lasagna!

Learn: For me, traveling is a way to get new perspectives and adjust your pre-conceived views about a culture, country or a group of people. So talking about the history & politics of a country is definitely a must for me. Afterwards we can get shit-faced :-)

Share: Food? Except when we are talking about chocolate, then its ALL MINE! Seriously though, do not get between me and my chocolate.. You could lose an eye.
