About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To re-learn how to relax

ABOUT ME

we are all same in different way, I think I'm not special, but people often call me crazy because I do ''crazy'' things (things they don't dare to do, or dare me to do) or maybe because I tend to ask random questions, you know...like kids ask. I like nature and art. I try to use my senses in every way I can. I like music, movies, books, nature, traveling, museums of contemporary art and art galleries and I am a cat person without a cat.

PHILOSOPHY
I question everything. I don't believe there is one right idea of/about something. I don't think there are good and bad people. We all do what we think is best for us in every situation. People these days lack emotional intelligence. I try to contribute my community by volunteering and developing projects that I find useful for community. Maybe that's reason why I don't have too much time to do things for myself but other people smile makes me happy and I enjoy helping everyone.

For some reason...usually when I travel somewhere I have a tendency to fall and hurt my leg(s). It's not a big deal but so you know...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My cousins told me about it and while I was staying at their place I figure out how great this thing is!
I think CS is great thing because it allows you to meet all kind of people, share ideas, meet new friends and culture. When I go somewhere I prefer to visit 'random' places, I want to know about history and culture, but I like to dig under the surface if it's possible and hanging out with locals is great to do so. Develop yourself in different areas, gain new skills and so much more

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Mostly amazing. I'm so glad I've discovered it. Most of the people I met are great, friendly people. I have so much fun and learn different things (sometimes I even try to dance - and I never dance!. It's great that you find people similar to you, that shows you there is someone like you even if you don't always feel accepted in your everyday life. Even better is that you meet people who are even crazier than you! Before CS I thought I knew everything and now I know I know nothing, but that's also something, right?
Can't wait for new adventures because life can be so wonderful when you live it!

Interests

I have various interests. Every year I try something different and something new (for me).
When you are familiar with different things, you are able to understand others better. And I want to understand others (at least I'm trying).

I hate boat/bus tourist tours.

Music, Movies, and Books

Candide or optimism, Voltaire
Escape, Milutin Nehajev

1984.
Animal farm
the Iron heel
Martin Eden
Brave new world
Cat's cradle

I love and enjoy watching movies. Any kind, any production. At the moment I am into Japanese animated movies so if you have any suggestions feel free to bring it on :)

Music: well I had all sort of phases, pop, rap, rock, metal, post rock, opera, indie, jazz, movie music... But my favorite artist is Richard Hawley
Whenever I meet people from various countries I like to know about their music, so I am collecting music from all over the world on my phone.

I am not Spotify person.

When I am crazy about something, there are no borders... but also...after some time I find something new and turn the ship around (currently I have no obsession lol)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I try to think about things that amaze me, nothing comes on my mind, and I think that's amazing because I've done lot of things I told myself I would always remember, but now I can't, but it doesn't matter, maybe I'll remember one day and I surely will keep it to myself. I love nature, I love spending some time in nature it's my friend and healer.

I've changed my mind about this today! Actually everything amazes me! Everything what people do, everything they make, people are beautiful when creative, open-minded and when they act like themselves
(natural). I love human race!

----- Spent my scholarship on a trip to South Korea....great trip but I have a lot of worries about my future in foreign country without money now.....well, I am not scared, I am excited because it sounds like a new challenge ;) -----Survived this one as well

I went (drunk) with my friend in Berlin during the night to swimm in the lake but we got lost and ended up (somehow..by jumping over fences) on an animal farm where we discovered the guard was playing Dead metal music to the sheep...we ended up petting cows and went home somehow. I wish I could go to that farm again but I don't know how to find it
Let's see what the future brings

UPDATE: I like to keep my old thoughts here because I like to see how my persona develops through the years.

The most amazing thing I have done so far is that I enabled myself to do the job I love and that makes me happy :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I enjoy meeting different kind of people because I spend every day with my friends and I really love and adore them but I'd like to experience different cultures, different way of thinking and acting, I think that's amazing. Especially when I have a chance to host more people from various countries and my place becomes a melting pot and we all share cultures and compare customs over a glass of wine or can of beer.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my happiness, ideas and stories with you. I can also make new stories out of our adventures :D
I am bad at cooking but sometimes, somehow it turns out to be eatable...but it's risky

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, England, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Scotland, Serbia, South Korea, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
