ABOUT ME

We're a nice couple from Cluj, Romania. We've meet about 7 years ago in our former work place and we've been together ever since. We got married, but we still want to have as much traveling experiences as possible.
We're open-minded, interested in curious things and new experiences, as well as traveling to all kind of new places. We usually make friends very easy and love to keep in touch with everybody that we've meet.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We host people who are interested in our profile and think that they can match with our way to be. When traveling, we surf other people's couch, and we expect to find some interesting persons to talk to and also a good couch to rest our self after a long day of walking around the city.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We've hosted our friend Juliane from Berlin, it was a very nice experience, too bad the weather was not so nice, but we still managed to show her the town.
Afterwards, it came Andrea. He is an Italian boy with a mission on his mind: study of gypsy people. He came here in Romania for his final paper on this subject. He was fun to meet :)
Then it came the two Russians, Oxana and Alex, really lovely people, very fun to be with. We are determinded to meet again, because we really like them and their home town sounds amazing!
Later on it came the two Danish boys, Sebastian and Andreas. For the first time in our life someone played the guitar for us, and we did some karaoke-wanna-be :)) The guys are both music passionated and it really shows.
Then what? It was Gido! A traveler that it's on the road for about 5 months now and still wants to go on...:) We only wish we could do the same as he did, just discover the world as he went by country to country. Really lovely to meet him!
Sarah came to us from New Zealand and stayed at our house in January 2010. She was very interested in Romanian cooking and learning about our way of life.
We took a break from CS for about 2 years, while we moved in our own home. The first to visit us on our new flat were Nic and J, a young couple from The Wales (or should I say from Thai?). They travelled in Asia and a teensy bit in Europe and decided to come to Cluj, were we show them around the city.
