About Me

CURRENT MISSION

A civilising one

ABOUT ME

Joining couch surfing 5 years ago changed my life for the better overall but I had to stop as life was moving in different directions.

PHILOSOPHY

Slow down

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because it's awesome

Interests

They always change and most of the times it's the people I met who help that. So the more people I meet the more things I'll like. But, nonetheless, food, sustainability, stuff that I don't really need to know, stuff that I think are of vital importance for being awesome like: books, board games, DIY, Halloween.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

so far best time ever was taking a rope class. walking on suspended trees and such is the best cure for fear of heights.

Ciamato: simple and quick makes best.
you need: two, three tomatoes; as much cheese as you want.
proceed with:
you take a round oven tray and you oil it and season it with stuff that smell nice, anything you wish. and then you put one layer of tomatoes(you could salt them) and then one layer of cheese. preferably, not cheddar. nice goat cheese or any well salted one will do. you sprinkle some more nice smelling seeds. and then you bake for at least 15 mins. light and tasty.

!!! it will not taste that good if it's not salty or seasoned enough. so no cream cheese or anything too sweet.

Tomorrow we'll make almond brownies (or just message me for that)
You'll have to come to glasgow to eat my lotus root stir fry.
