About Me

Eternal optimist. Music lover. Eco activist. Wannabe eco-economist. Open minded. I lived in London, Manchester, Quito, Berlin and now Vienna.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It would be great to meet like-minded people from all around the globe. I also find it inspiring to be part of a community who help each other out without any expectation of something in return.

I’m an open minded guy so would be happy to share world views and listen to those of others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Getting close to a Jaguar in the Amazon. Seeing an amazing diving show from some pink dolphins while kayaking. Climbing on Rayleigh (Thailand)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can play a bit of guitar (albeit quite badly) and would be happy to show someone who has little / no experience the basics. I've also recently been getting into bouldering, so if anyone wants to learn the basic moves, I’m your guy.

I can also make a cracking cup of tea :-)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can whip up a mean Massaman curry, and with roots from the caribbean I'd happily turn out a nice caribbean style curry. English classics would also be on offer, but they never seem to be as in demand (no idea why?!).

I bring teabags wherever I go - along with wine and a few stories.

Argentina, Austria, Bolivia, Brazil, Croatia, Czech Republic, Ecuador, Germany, Hungary, India, Italy, Morocco, Myanmar, Peru, Scotland, Slovakia, Spain, Thailand
