Overview
About Me
Recently left my job in San Francisco to pursue a Masters Degree in Germany. Always looking for a new experience! I was born and raised in the San Francisco, Bay Area in California and never left the country until a study abroad experience when I was 21. Fast forward 5 years later and I haven't stopped traveling since! Traveling is my passion and is where I believe people grow the most, and gain valuable perspectives on life.
My current favorite quote: "To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all." - Oscar Wilde
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am looking to experience a culture through the lens of the local community. I never pursued CS in the past because I typically like to meticulously plan my trips ahead of time and this includes reserving a room somewhere through AirBnb or something along those lines. It is time for me to take on this new experience and meet more people on my travels. I can assume that it will only enrich my experience and be the source of some awesome stories.

Teach, Learn, Share
I would like to learn the origins behind different cultural norms of the places I visit. Also, I feel like food is the gateway into a culture so please point me in the direction of the best, local foods!
We can discuss the art of negotiation and the psychology behind a decision-making process... whatever that means :)
