我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I love London and being able to host someone travelling here who wants to learn more about the city is always great, because it makes me love my city even more. That is why couchsurfing appeals so much to me. I have not hosted before and have only once used Couchsurfer before (in Chile), so I am looking forward to the experience.

I also love travel and hope to meet great people so I can maybe one day - who knows - stay at their home too. I love sharing languages and I would be sure to practise both English and if you speak Spanish or French, those languages too which I am keen to improve.

I am mainly looking for young students or professionals (21-42), who are tidy, respectful, reasonably quiet and independent but who would also love to share some cooking and meals and maybe also some drinks and also other great experiences in London. I am not however just looking for someone to use my place as a hotel for a bed; but someone who will be reasonably sociable and wants to share at least a meal or two together.

Favourite books are The Line of Beauty by Alan Hollinghurst; the Outsider by Camus; Goodbye to Berlin by Isherwood; Death in Venice by Thomas Mann.

Favourite music ranges from Stevie Wonder to Grace Jones, Chic, Classical music to folk and tango.
