Born and grown up in Hong Kong. Studied in UK for five years since I was 16. It was the first time ever for me to travel that far away from HK, I was amazed by everything there and everyday is like holidays to me :) Now I'm staying with my friend Ming Zhong in Taipei (he is also on CS)

In 2013 summer, I traveled to Europe and visited the cities I always wanted to go. The journey was eye-opening and I learned a lot during those 6 weeks in Europe. (eg. How expensive is it stay at hostel and dine at Norway and Switzerland ) I met a lot of amazingly nice people during that trip which we still keep in contact. I met A LOT OF Korean along the way because apparently they all thought I am Korean :DD

Sharing our thoughts and to understand other countries' way of living and cultures are essential to travel; which also bring people closer. I love every single bit of that Europe trip.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When you travel and if you stay at a hostel, you could meet a lot of nice people from all over the world.

However, it is very rare that you get to know the locals at the hostel.

Visiting the country with the people you just met from different countries is fun, yet it would be better if you spend time with the locals; how they live, what they do, what they eat etc. Basically, understanding and learning the local cutlure and living habit are the essential part of traveling.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Cycling in Japan with my Taiwanese friend Ming Zhong in 2017. He cycled for almost three months, I did on and off for around 1.5 months
