I believe that staying with people , and experiencing the hidden gems you wont necessarily find in a travel brochure are what make trips all the more enhancing - for instance going to a bar off the beaten track , or finding a restaurant on the other side of town that is beyond special

I love a mix bag of music - the lyrics and the bet really sell songs to me - so anything from what I define as classics : The MisEducation of Lauryn Hill, to Alanis Morrisettes Jagged Little Pill to definitie pop albums which were anthems of my childhood like Britney Spears ( yes , believe it) to N Sync, which is when Justin Timberlake and I became a "thang" to Nelly Furtado's "whoa Nelly!" . I also enjoy hip hop music - albeit more of the main stream albums from Eminem , Drake , Kanye West ( yes ) and Kendrik Lamar

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been able to go to Robben Island , where many political prisoners were jailed in South Africa , and get reconnected with an important part of my countries history. I have also been able to go to Turkey and sail from the "Asian side" to the "European" side and experience both .
