Hi everyone!

I’m 53 years old, born and raised in Munich,and I consider myself an open-minded and welcoming person. I really enjoy hosting people from all over the world and sharing experiences, stories and good conversations.

I’m gay and live a relaxed, friendly life here in Munich. I love dogs, the mountains, and being outdoors. In my free time, you’ll often find me skiing in winter, cycling around the city or enjoying Munich in the summer. I also have a passion for theatre and culture.

At the moment, my guest room is occupied by a flatmate, so I offer a comfortable mattress instead. You can choose between the living room (which gets quite bright in the morning) or my bedroom, which is darker and quieter.

Hosting for me is about connecting with people from different backgrounds and making them feel at home. I’m always happy to meet new people and learn about their cultures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’ve been part of Couchsurfing before, but after a bad experience I decided to delete my profile at the time. However, I truly enjoy hosting and meeting people from different cultures, so I’ve decided to give it another try and created a new profile.

Hosting is something I genuinely like and I have had very positive experiences overall. I also have excellent reviews on platforms like Airbnb and Misterbandb, where I’ve hosted guests in my home, offering either a guest room or a mattress.

For me, it’s all about respectful, friendly interaction and sharing a bit of everyday life. I’m looking forward to meeting open-minded travelers and creating positive experiences together.
