Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

We are on Couchsurfing to make friends and share experiences. We have hosted over 90 times but not everyone leaves reviews which I think is very rude because reviews are what make this system work. We have hosted as few as one person and up to six people. We have made wonderful friends, met amazing people and seen parts of cities that we'd otherwise never had experienced. Traveling is so much more than the tourist attractions, it's the people, the food and the culture. We are all so much more alike once you start getting to know those around you and those across the world.

Interessen

We both love to read and listen to audio books. We like looking up travel destinations and planning future trips. We both have wonderful families that we love very much and great group of friends that we see often. We don't drink but of course don't judge anyone who does and if you must have coffee please bring it because we don't usually keep coffee but we do have a coffee maker for guest. There is also a Starbucks near our house. We like to garden, watch movies and we seem to always be doing a home improvement project.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

My husband Lee and I have been together for almost 27 years. We love to travel and meet others who will share their love of traveling with us. We open our home to you as a safe welcoming place. A place where you can come and explore Montgomery or even if you are just passing through on your way to another destination. Our home is clean, bright and free of any judgments. You'll have your own room and are welcome to come sit with us and swap stories, a laugh and get to know us as we get to know you. We may even take you around and share a meal with you if time allows.

We do have two small very friendly dogs. They will be excited to make new friends. One will quickly settle down while the other is still a puppy and is working on his manners. They both weigh a combined weight of 13 pounds so they are easily pushed away.

We have lived in Alabama our whole lives. First in Birmingham and now in Montgomery. We've traveled a decent amount and hope to travel a lot more. We'd love to tell you anything about our area that you may want to know, exchange life stories and share a meal if time allows.
