Overview
About Me
Like to test constantly the boundaries of my comfort zone, to the point of obsession.
Interested in many topics.
Fascinated by cosmopolitan cities. Recently I was in Berlin, and it was my first time exposed to mainland Europe. I met many people from both Slavic countries and post-Soviet countries, nationalities which where new for me. However, some other great places I have lived have been San Francisco and New York.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I believe in reciprocity, therefore I strongly believe in Couch-surfing. I have been a proud member of the CS community since 2006, believe of not. Back then it was hard just to find people with active profiles. My profile which contained many references was accidentally deleted, so I ha to start with a new one.
Have been part of several couchsurfing communities including Portland, Costa Rica, and Berlin, but have been the most active in Austin and La Paz.
I always try to provide information to fellow travelers in any way possible.
Interests
Love beer, and I don't think I can ever get enough of it. The West Coast breweries such as Deschutes Brewery, and Rogues Ale are some of my favorite, but European beers also rank high on my list such as The Forbidden Fruit from Belgium and Steinberg from Berlin.
I love nature and the great outdoors. My favorite animals are frogs, since I love their long legs and big eyes. I also really like ovenbirds, which are only found in the tropical cloud-forests.
I love hearing music. A great day can be a day where I head one of my favorite songs. Many times a song can change my mood. That being said I am a terrible singer, and never learn how to play instruments.
I love languages, and hearing the nuances of different vocabularies makes me smile.
I am also fascinated by bonfires, guitars soloists, and flowers. I love sunsets, and the smell of the woods.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
