About Me
Basically easy going and easy to get along with. Really like music and art. Funny. I work as a wildlife biologist. My job primarily involves studying seals and polar bears. Previously I've worked with moose, waterbirds, wolves, and other carnivores.

Music, Movies, and Books
These are tough questions. I'm an avid reader of just about every genre. Recently been more into sci-fi and fantasy, but also like non-fiction (history in particular), and poetry.
Musical tastes are eclectic. I like folk, blues, old country, bluegrass, roots, indi, classical, medieval, baroque...as long as it's good, I like it.
Too many good movies to list.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've worked and lived in both Antarctica and the Arctic.
Teach, Learn, Share
After you've been around long enough you tend to pick up some skills. I have had a lot of different experiences and picked up many skills. Always interested in sharing what I can, and also an enthusiastic student.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Good conversation on a wide variety of topics. Courtesy, respect, friendship, and hospitality. I like to play music (guitar, banjo, harmonica) too.
