About Me
Hey all :)
This past year I have been working as a healthcare assistant in a care home for people with dementia. Now I'm very excited to go off travelling again. This time I'm heading to Australia for maybe a year, before hitting up New Zealand and then hopefully Asia. I am trained as a Bowen Practitioner which is a form of holistic therapy, and throughout 2018 I have been training to become a Journey Practitioner which is another form of alternative therapy. I am also the volunteer co-ordinator for a small Tanzanian non-profit charity called NETHO.
I love travelling, meeting new people and exploring different cultures and places. I also enjoy jogging, I hope to run the Sydney marathon, reading and spending time with family and friends, and being in nature.

Music, Movies, and Books
Love a wide range of music; reggae, old school hip-hop, soul, blues, drum and bass, jungle, funk, jazz.
Love reading a wide range of books, currently reading for the second time a book called the Celestine Prophecy which I really rate highly.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Ran my first ever marathon in 2017, after just 9 weeks training, to raise money to start 2 chicken projects in a rural Tanzanian community for the non-profit charity for whom I am the Volunteer Co-ordinator.
