I'm not happy unless I stay active. I bike 20 miles a day for my work commute and it's the best part of my day. I listen to lots of podcasts on my bike.

Bluegrass and traditional country music, jazz, classic rock, choral music. Bad action movies, dramas, anything but horror. Don't watch too many movies but do watch some television. Sad that Colbert is over, love the Daily Show. Game of Thrones books and show, books that make me think and learn.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Rode a bike 20 miles to Costco in the rain and rode back with a trailer full of groceries.
