Current mission is to take the cards I've been dealt and with them build a life that is low stress and peaceful while surrounding myself with good folks and community! To keep on learning, growing and changing.

ABOUT ME

It's good to be alive no matter how hard it is and what life throws at you. I like adventures of all sorts and art and creativity in life. I'm a lover of music and songs, ideas and words, books and people. Take pride in leaving things better than when I found them. Sometimes outgoing, sometimes shy depending on the situation but easy to get along with and low maintenance.

PHILOSOPHY

Got to ride the changes that life throws at us and not get stuck on things. Keep on learning and experiencing. Try to keep things simple and low stress. Know yourself and what it is that you like/dislike. Love yourself and treat yourself good! Try and filter out the bullshit that is keeping people down.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I first couch surfed while traveling with a friend and have since surfed on my own once while moving to Winnipeg. I have made numerous social connections with other folks which have led to some good friendships and adventures from going out to see music to getting out on canoeing and cross country ski trips. It's been great!

Interests

Oh definitely a great book! Listening to folk music. I play guitar and write songs as a hobby and have good collection of tunes now. I also enjoy swimming and love getting out on the water in Canoe or Kayak. Enjoy Hiking in the mountains and exploring new places. Road trips, traveling and just simply experiencing new things!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1)About 4 years ago now I did a 7 day solo Kayak trip down the Red deer River through the badlands and then
traveled across Canada and met all kinds of people and learnt so much. It was a life changing trip!

2)I've fell in love a few times, I don't think that there is anything that is so amazing or has struck me with awe so much as falling in love!
