Let me start by saying I get soooo many messages on here and that if I don't reply to you it's nothing personal I'm just very distracted and unorganised with messages and I sometimes occasionally miss some!

So I sometimes host people in my apartment, but recently I've realised I need a little more 'me' time and so I am hosting less often these days.

When I host people I want to actually hang out and spend alot of time with them, so I unfortunately won't be an easy option if I'm not feeling up to it or if your simply wanting a place to crash for the night.

I like to be as hospitable as possible, this could include cooking for you, driving us to nice places outside of Edinburgh or maybe having a drink and sharing my whisky!

I myself have travelled to 43 countries and would consider myself big on adventure and the outdoors. I hope to use couchsurfing meet lots of new people and build my profile so that I can use it abroad when the time comes for myself again to travel!

I work full time as a support worker for autistic adults. I love my job and I'm very happy doing it, though it can come with its challenges.

In my spare time I try to eat the healthiest diet and go to the gym which has a pool and many different of steam room/saunas where I can easily spend 4 hours!

When I'm not trying to be the healthiest person I can be I'm sat on my computer writing my own electronic music, something I have been doing for 10 years now!! I like to think that the music I make us a reflection of the mountain scenery I have seen over my life!

I also really value meditation and properly listening to beautiful music, all these things really enrich my soul 💜

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

So... Why am I here on couchsurfing???

I'm hoping to use this platform to host people from all over the world and to share my life with strangers for some days!

I attempting to begin my profile on here and offer some nice experiences in exchange for kind words and a nice review, so I myself can use this when I travel more in the world! Sound fair?? :)

I have perhaps one off the best situations to offer a short term stay for other travellers! I live in a gorgeous flat bought by my family in 1996 right in the city centre. I stay here on my own with my family occasionally visiting from time to time. I can offer you a master bedroom bed with your own ensuite, as I myself use another room away from the road for the peace and quiet for my meditation.

I'm happy to use our evenings to show you around and maybe even take the car at the weekend to go to the beautiful Scottish Highlands!

I look forward to beginning my couchsurfing journey and meeting lots of people!
