About Me

I'll be studying in France for a year and I am going to take advantage of my location to get to visit as many european jewels as I can.
I love travelling, cooking (and eating, of course), listening to music and making new friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe the best way of learning is travelling and I also that strangers are just friends you haven't met :) Adventures await at every corner and Couchsurfing helps keeping them on budget ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm Gonna Be (500 miles) of The Proclaimers always gets me excited and it is one of my favorite songs! For music I like most genres although I prefer rock, pop and indie over rap . I also adore classical music! Rachmaninoff, Vivaldi and Strauss are my favorites :D

Top 5 movies: Inception, Leap Year, Pride and prejudice, About Time, The Imitation Game+ all pixar movies

Top 5 books: Becoming, Harry Potter series, The Chronicles of Narnia series, Gone with the Wind, Around the World in 80 days (one I read as a child and still love)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was a summer camp counselour in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, México...I loved every single moment of it! I was tired from all the running and dressing up and child-entertaining; but the smiles on the campers faces were worth it :)
I still keep the bracelet they made me and although not the best of dancers, it was amazing to teach the little kiddos how to dance to 'Cruisin' for a Bruisin'' from Teen Beach Movie was a really fun challenge!

Teach, Learn, Share

Let me teach you some basic spanish and if you like cooking, you'll get to learn how to do a mexican dish :) I would love to share with you a french pastry!
To those of you who already know spanish, maybe we can practice and you'll get to know some of the most famous sayings in Mexico (:
Do you like dancing? Say no more! I'll gladly help you learn to dance 'cumbias'

What I Can Share with Hosts

If you are not a lot into cooking, just let me take over and impress you with a mexican dish! I adore cooking and will be happy to do it as a way of showing you how much I appreciate the free hosting (just let me know if you have any allergies)
