I can't travel as much as I would like but have loved the few times I have hosted.

Although I don't often have time to hang out or show folk around just having a safe and welcoming place to crash can make all the difference to you and I that I can help with.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The last memory I have of feeling most alive was on the Scottish West coast while out sailing. I was steering a wee yacht into the wind, with the rain and gales in my face. It always feels to me like the water could swell up and consume us any point or the wind might gust, pick us up and blow us away! It was truly humbling; I was terrified, exhilarated and yet completely calm all at the same time. It felt as if the wind was blowing on my body but also through me clearing out every piece of pointless clutter from my thoughts.

I need to do that again soon writing about it has given me palpitations.

Probably describes me quite well, I need to be in an extreme situation before I can find any kind of success practicing mindfulness. ha.

I, unfortunately, work two jobs. I cant always be hugely available for entertainment but the flat is 99% of the time extremely quiet and relaxing and as right beside the Glasgow Tube it is so handy for adventures so I keep offering accom anyway for good karma.

What do you need in Glasgow?

I don't drink or party or anything wild anymore. I do enjoy to drive out to surrounding areas, we are spoilt for choice. Also, I eat out a lot, Veggie/vegan. Glasgow is a wonderful, complex, multi-scene city, yet unlike some others, everything is quite accessible, so usually easy to point people in the right direction to satisfy any curiosities.
