ABOUT ME

In 2003 when I was 16 my family and I moved from England to the beautiful nation of New Zealand. Once there I finished school and attended University. I completed a Bachelor of Nursing and initially worked in paediatrics in Auckland. Now I have moved to Wellington with my girlfriend and I am working in Critical Care and completing post-graduate university study.
Having moved across the world to New Zealand and studying in the USA on a student exchange I have a great appreciation for travel, visiting other cultures, trying new cuisine and experiencing as much of the world we live in as I can. My aim is to develop a well rounded nursing background and take my skills to parts of world where I can help.
I enjoy a busy social lifestyle, keeping fit and active, reading and spending time with family and friends.

PHILOSOPHY

You have to make the most of every experince, no matter what life hands you or how big or small the experience. When it's time to say farewell one must be able to say "I really enjoyed that!"
Be considerate, be honest and be happy.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am currently in England visiting family and old friends. On the way home to New Zealand I am stopping over in Singapore for 3 nights and I thought a great way to make the most of that time could be to Couch Surf. I have not yet had any one stay with me in New Zealand but I will be looking this once back home. Friends of mine and my girlfriend have all had excellent experiences and I am keen to give CS a go!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This is my first.. I am looking for a couch(s) in Singapore for 3 nights in July 2011!

Love the Bill Bryson books. Salmon Fishing in the Yemen is a great read. Forest Gump is an excellent movie. And The Wire, modern Shakespeare in my opinion.
