About Me
Following my heart, one day at a time.
We all have our paths and our experiences. It is always very special when we open ourselves up and share transparently our journeys as life can be pretty incredible sometimes. So I am always happy to listen, to share and to connect :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Either it's to learn a new culture/lifestyle or simply to meet someone new and share a good moment, there are many reasons why I enjoy couchsurfing.
I am grateful for this platform. Met some beautiful people through here and lots of generousity.
Interests
There is many layers.
In this moment I am putting my energy into a reforestation project on Moloka’i of native dry forest. Basically sustainable life, learning to do more with what is around me, nature or whatever is available. Love to cook, love to grow my medicine and food and share it. Meditation, mindfulness and body awareness are important to me. I am always learning, also naturally teaching what I am learning as it goes. Love to share and meet beautiful soul on the journey.

Music, Movies, and Books
I’m in love with Flute, with a sweet spot for native american.. i love raga and indian musics, meditative sounds, nature sounds, beautiful guitar, hangpan, piano but for hypness it’s africain music for me, drums and all. I also have a backgroud as a dance teacher and professional dancer so I do relate to many style of music.
Books … I tend to read more about spirituality, energy, healing, plant and natural kingdom and life related books. I am fascinated with this Universe we are a part of, I'll be honest about that. Also books written by native people themselves, there story telling and side of story.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Oh, life is too full of amazing moments to pick only a one or two... Traveling around has brought many let's say ! And life is really good at surprising you beyond what you though was possible.
