About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to experience the rocking and/or seedy underside of your town!

ABOUT ME

I have been in DC since 2015. Before that I lived in San Francisco for 11 years, but I grew up in Texas. I play in several bands which have played all over the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
I studied Anthropology at San Francisco State University, and then Veterinary Technology at Foothill College. I am currently a Licensed Veterinary Technician in CA and VA, work in DC.

PHILOSOPHY

Don't be mean, help out.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I don't have a couch, or even a living room. But I would be happy to point people around the great parts of DC and I hope people would be willing to do the same for me!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My friends have hosted several people, and they were all really fun to be around. I couch-surfed in Hamburg, Germany.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all types of music. I mean, not really, but I'll try not to judge you.
I TRY to be literary, and so I read a mix of the classics and nonfiction. I swear I'm working on it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Playing in a band which was lucky enough to tour the USA, Canada, and Mexico makes me pretty much as lucky as I could ever ask to be.
Also, I've held baby skunks.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach anyone the drums (everyone already knows how, they just have to realize it), and I've got a great sense of humor.
I'm up for just about anything, especially in a new city. I just roll with the punches.
Can you show me around your town? I wanna see the touristy stuff, but also the stuff that most people don't see. Like the garbage dump.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Canada, Cayman Islands, Chile, Croatia, Cuba, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Jamaica, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In
