About Me
CURRENT MISSION
enjoy my life and experience it to the fullest, instead of making an all too common mistake and just simply existing
ABOUT ME
I'm a 24 year old Law graduate from Glasgow, currently living in London. Previously educated at Oxford University but a drastic change of my chosen career led me to London where I gained a Law degree from University College London. I have really varied interests, some of which include playing a lot of sport to having an inherent love of music. I am very extroverted and will never shy away from conversation or any sort of public activity. I love meeting people from all walks of life and being able to learn from them, no matter how small what I learn may be. I don't take life too seriously and enjoy going out as frequently as my bank balance will tolerate.
PHILOSOPHY
Always remain independent from the skin that you wear. No matter what social group you conform to, if any, make your own decisions and don't let others' opinions cloud your judgement.

Music, Movies, and Books
Don't really read as much as I used to, although I'm a sucker for a good thriller (especially crime).
James Bond films are up there with my favourites, and I do like most movies. Would consider myself a proper film buff.
With regards to music I'm also really open. I'm very into house/techno but also enjoy Indie Rock (think like 2000s UK indie though), hard rock and some metal. Like most Londoners I got into jazz whilst living in the city, so if anyone knows any good cafes, hit me up!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've played rugby at Twickenham Stadium, the home of rugby, in front of around 30,000 people in the Varsity Match played between Oxford and Cambridge.
Teach, Learn, Share
I absolutely love to cook and bake. It's my favourite (non-sporting) activity and over the years I'd say I've gotten pretty decent at it. I find food so amazing as it's something which is naturally sharable with others, and the experience of eating is infinitely better when done in a group. It also enables you to learn a bit about other cultures whilst doing something light-hearted and fun. I'm also a vegetarian (for about 2.5 years now) and I enjoy opening other people's eyes to how awesome food without meat can actually be.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Being honest, what you see is really what you get with me. I'm not out to wreck your home or tread on your toes too much if you're kind enough to put me up.
In return, I'm a smashing drinking buddy and can be taken just about anywhere without causing major embarrassments, will always be up for a conversation/debate (provided I'm knowledgable on the subject; if not I'll politely listen and learn), and normally I love to share my love of cooking with everyone I stay with. That doesn't sound too bad, right?
