Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted a few people through the site now and it has been great. I am more then willing to host when I am home in Squamish and show people what Squamish has to offer for the outdoors loving type.

In the winter I ride Whistler whenever the weather looks good. If you're the winter sports type but are not looking for the Whistler party scene come on by and I will happily introduce you to the mountain.

Interests

In my free time I love to get outside if the weather in close to being nice or better me and my dog are up the mountain hiking and exploring.

Waiting on winter to get back to skiing. Don't worry I have many friends that board. Happy to show people around Whistler Blackcomb in the winter. I'm a fairly confident rider and do enjoy pushing myself on the hill. However, if you want someone to cruise the groomers with you and show you around the hill that can be heaps of fun as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Watched dolphins play on the bow wave of my freighter in the Indian ocean.

I am a Marine Diesel Engineer.
I have a large collection of practical experience with math and physics. Remember when you where sitting in class thinking "When will I ever use this?" I use that daily through work.
