ABOUT ME

Teach at a local art college. My specialties are French and Russian modernism. I live with my son, 16, in a comfortable 3 bedroom house in "mid-town" Savannah, about 2 miles from the historic district.

I've lived abroad in countries such as Russia, France, and England.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Brand new at this, so I think I need to develop my cv. I have hosted int'l visitors in my home, outside of CS. Last year had two basketball player's from Australia that visited my son's school, and recently I took part in an exchange with GA Council of Int'l Visitors (GCIV), and I hosted a deputy mayor from a provincial Russian town. I am fluent in that language.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Looking for new experiences. Just learned of this from a friend in Taiwan, and he raves about it.

Most amazing travel experience was the pilgrimage to Mt. Athos to visit the monasteries there.
