Hi!

We are a 'Franco-Belgian' couple living in Norway. Anaïd is originally from Reims, a city in the middle of French wineyards, and Stéphane from Francorchamps, a village in Belgian forests. We met dancing during folk bals and we have been happily together ever since.

Like most people here, we like new encounters and spending time with friends. When they are not around, we enjoy watching nature, walking, building igloos or camping in the middle of nowhere. We are also very fond of beer, music, dance, songs, art, cinema, research, ecology, politics, and improvised adventures.

Anaïd is researcher in marine biology. She has now several projects and works as a seasonal nature guide in the high Arctic. Stephane is doing a PhD in musicology about indigenous Sámi songs.

These two activities have led us to Norway several times in the past. We now live there for a few more years and are always happy to host travelers!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

We have surfed couches in France, northern Europe and India. But mostly, we hosted travellers in Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium) and Oslo (Norway).
Today, we can hardly imagine travelling without meeting people on our way, without sharing moments, a drink or a meal with them.
