Overview
About Me
Hello! I am talkative. I flitter like a bat or a bird. I get excited easily. I am an optimist. I like to write. I love meeting new people and making new friends, and I genuinely believe the world would be a better place if we made the effort to talk to strangers more (it would also normalise random street conversation, so people wouldn’t look at you like a psychopath in London if you exchanged the odd word or struck up a conversation).

Music, Movies, and Books
I love books. I studied English Literature at university, taught English at secondary school, and run summer writing courses for young people to share this passion and encourage them to pick up a pen. I have always been and always will be a book worm.
I also love films (attempting to make them and watching them).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Walking the streets of London for hours in 2017 and striking up conversation with strangers about what they thought about the snap UK election. I was not canvassing, but listening to people, their views and sharing mine. It was truly wonderful - I spoke with people from all sides of the political spectrum and had long, engaged and respectful conversations with all bar one of the 60+ people I approached.
