Explore, explore and explore some more. My journey starts in two weeks time and I'm hoping to find wacky, fun, interesting and completely of-the-beaten-track experiences, while meeting people that are like-minded.

ABOUT ME

Look, I'm not going to lie.. you either love me or you hate me! That's just the nature of being a Gemini.. Jokes aside though - I am friendly, outgoing and love to laugh from the pit of my stomach. At times intelligent, but also real ditsy with a dose of silly thrown in. I care for my friends.. DEEPLY! Believe me that you would want me in your camp, when life starts throwing nasties at you! Just a general all-round good-ish person ;)

PHILOSOPHY

Don't let society and their 'rules' tell you how to live your life. Be free and open-minded and live your dreams.. really do your best to make them happen... interesting things will happen along the way and you'll have a great adventure to look back on one day.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted twice in 2013 while living in Cape Town, but now that I'm starting my journey I'm hoping to meet more CS'ers around the world!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Two beautiful experiences, both very different but enjoyable. Turning into fb friendships and staying in touch with both.

Música, películas y libros

Movies: Fantasy, Thrillers and Horrors are my favourite, followed closely by Art House movies. Generally I'm quite open-minded, just don't typical American slapstick comedies - no way!
Music: Have love affairs with a various array of bands, singers and soundtracks. I try not to give preferential treatment, but there are quite a few who come in strong.. Linkin Park, Kings of Leon, Snow Patrol, Coldplay, 30 Seconds to Mars, Civil Twilight, Foo Fighters, to name but a few. Again, I'm very open-minded when it comes to music as well
Books: Same old story as above. I am a ferocious reader and wouldn't even know where to start!

Scuba dived in Thailand which was a pretty awesome experience.
Bungee jumped at Bloukrans near Plettenberg Bay - supposedly the highest in the world!
Tandem paraglided of Lions Head in Cape Town.
Done static line sky-diving!

Enseña, aprende, comparte

Finished a Swedish Massage course in 2013 - happy to pass some pointers/skills along. With the nature of the industry I've worked in, I'm pretty skilled in print design software (ie. Photoshop/InDesign)

I would like to learn new languages - have always wanted to. German has been a long standing dream, but I would also like to learn some Spanish, perhaps even French. I don't necessarily want to be a walking dictionary, but the basic phrases so I can help myself when the need arises.
