About Me

CURRENT MISSION

An adventure in America

ABOUT ME

I am openminded, social and talkative person, when using a language in which I am fluent, of course. If not, I always try anyway.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I logged in about 3 years ago because I was going on a trip to France while on Erasmus in Netherlands. In the end I couldn´t do it and came back to my parents place. So I have not had the oportunity to host anyone, but I have met people near my hometown.

Now I'm planning a long trip to America, starting in New York to continue in Cuba and Mexico. It is going to be my first long term traveling experience, and I couldn´t think of a funnier option to do so.

Interests

I like going out, having a walk, having a coffee in a terrace with my friends, or in my own with a good book. I like dancing and having fun.

Me gusta salir, pasear, sentarme en una terraza con un café y gente con la que hablar. Salir a bailar, leer... lo que a la mayoría, vamos.

Music, Movies, and Books

Up to date, I am devouring the Outlander series of books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am scared of scuba diving but I got my Padi Open Water license in Guatemala. I am really proud of it :P

Teach, Learn, Share

Not long ago I read in a post something I'd translate like this (it was in spanish)
TRAVEL.
BECAUSE THE MONEY YOU CAN ALWAYS RETRIEVE,
BUT NEVER THE TIME ONCE IT'S GONE.

I feel I have many thing to learn about life, and I think the best way is traveling and meeting people. Now I have decided to focus on it and that is why I am going so far from home for a while.
And I think this idea is the one I have been spreading around me, and sharing with the ones I love. That we should not let our fears stop us from doing what we really want. I will miss many things I leave behind, but in the end I am sure it will be for the better. Because when I come back, it will be a better "me", or that is what I hope.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my good willing to enjoy the experience. I am ready to walk the streets, have a beer and meet people while doing tourism.
