CURRENT MISSION
to teach the world to hula hoop, to create free urban community farms, to keeps chickens, dogs and ducks as pets, to study empathy
ABOUT ME
Mmm, I believe my friends would say I am highly enthusiastic. I love being excited. It adds a lot to the day and/or event. I consider myself an optimist. There's plenty of wonder in the world to be thankful for. I try to be like a child but only in the true highlights of children: joy, lack of social boundaries, and limitless creativity. I love to meet new people; I'm always trying to build my community and expand it over land and sea.
Interests
Currently, I've been spending a lot of my time playing outside and hula-hooping. I babysit for work now and I love every minute of it. I study Psychology and Religion in my undergraduate program; my self-designed major is entitled "Psychological Dimensions of Religion". I hope to be a therapist down the line, mostly because I really enjoy listening and building with people. I would also like to write my dissertation on empathy, especially between mothers and children. I like to spend my time exploring! I'm working on letting go.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A favorite friend of mine that I have known for about seven years hand-made me a hula hoop. It's portable, creative, and the best gift I have ever received. I believe it meant so much to me because it took time and effort to design and create it. But because life carries us different places, I can travel with it and enjoy it throughly. I hope to be like Johnny Appleseed but instead of spreading apples, I'd like to teach people how to hula hoop!
I find myself awestruck constantly. Living in New York City is an engaging endeavor and I find that I'm always shocked by the authenticity of everyone's individualism. Perhaps I'm too easily awestruck but it's wonderful to be pleasantly surprised by happenings throughout the day.
