Overview
About Me
I'm a part time teacher in NYC. I teach the Circus Arts to children. Currently an activist using social circus as a means to provide emotional relief to those who have faced traumas through the resettlement crisis. I travel the world helping refugees and the disabled through social circus.
My circus skills include, Miming, clowning, stilt walking, aerial arts, juggling, contemporary story telling and more.
Im eccentric, energetic, caring, artistic, musical, a go getter, and driven to learn of new culture and spread love and positivity through art.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Currently I am volunteering my time helping refugees from Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Northern Africa and more. As I travel from social circus schools, and refugee camps in different parts of the Middle East, Mediterranean and Europe, I ask fellow couchsurfers to accept me while I'm transitioning to my new area. Never more than a few days. This helps me to keep my travel costs down since my time here is volunteer based and I make no profit during my travels.
