HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'd like to participate by helping people who come to my city to get to know it well and do some sightseeing around the city, and also offering my couch if they don't have a place to stay. And if eventually I need a hand in one of the places that I'm planing to go, I'd appreciate some help. cheers.
