I created my profile here when I was doing an exchange during my medical studies, back in 2011.
I graduated from Medicine in 2015 and my goal in it is to become a Psychiatrist.
I love music, mainly rock, mainly symphonic metal. But if I hear GOOD music, I can leave the style aside and appreciate it as well.
I respect all animals and always care about their wellness, its something you need to know when you meet me.
And I care about making good friends, and for me all has a meaning.
I've been vegetarian for 14 years and forever, the most relevant decision of my life. Has an affect at least 3 times a day every day, so it's not a minor thing.

good question. Mainly sth around 'Treat others the way u like to be treated'.
Also I would like to be a chilled out person, but actually Im a anxious person, haha.
But I love to talk with others, and get to know what they do, how they think, and at the same time talk to them about what I do/think.
I like to make strong connections when I meet new people, I find it too cold to meet someone just for kind of use him/her , or for being used for once, for example about hosting.
Empathy is my principle of life, for sure.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Now Im just starting to use this, I would like to meet new interesting people. I offer my help if someone wants to learn Spanish and be guided here. And I also want to meet people from other places. My next trip I think would be to Europe again, when I can afford a trip there... (:
I also want to travel across my own country this year in winter holliday - for us like in July- so if u have some idea, let me know and we can plan a trekking/backpacking/etc :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have met some interesting people so far :) 3 Lithuanians by CS, and others I will meet soon here in Chile.
In Finland I was about to meet such a nice girl and her daughter, but we couldnt comunicate easily so I finally couldnt find her...I hope to meet them next time I go there :)...

I guess I think quite different to most of the people who just get in CS... I dont want to meet huuundreds of people; the amount is not important to me :) I just care of meeting these certain ones who I will keep in my Mind and that will be in touch always in life, each one in different way.

Next time I travel I will bring my 'daughter-doggy' Gretel, so I hope to find people who agree to host us both as one :)

PS: In the last trip, in one city especially most of the people that we wrote to, didnt answer. Not even 'yes' or 'no', but nothing... I consider that to be kind of unfriendly and unpolite. Before that location we got much more answers every time, and had great experiencies, so it was very dissapointing.
I hope in future it doesnt happen often, cos it goes away of what is the spirit of CS!!

Interests

-Music, mainly Rock, could be symphonic, progressive, metal..also classical, experimental...etc although as I said, as long as its GOOD real music... its welcome. Im planning to form a band , a serious project, so if u are interested in making a symphonic metal/experimental project, maybe with some touch of folk, let me know ;)) if u dnt live in Chile its not a prob to me since i will emigrate if its necessary for Music.
I love to experiment in Arts, and making mixes of them...!!!

-Science in general, anything new about astronomy, medicine, biology... is interesting to me...
-Outdoors!! I love going with good company in short/long trips to discover new places in Nature. Also outdoors sports like hiking/trekking, skiing, horse riding, climbing, etc
-One of my dreams is to go by bike through some countries in Europe :) (summer/spring probably :P )
-Animals, caring about them and studying their behaviour, many live at my home.
-Ecology, recycling, permaculture, sustainable way of living (that shouldnt be something special, should be a habit for most of the people...)

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies...lots of them... I just LOVE them. 'Waking life' so far is my favourite. Also: Amelie, Les Choristes, LOTR, Chocolat,Pan's Labyrinth(El Laberinto del Fauno), The Fountain(still incomplete! :/), Across the Universe, Earthlings, Sweeney Todd, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Shutter Island, Coraline, Cinema Paradiso,Inception, The Piano Lesson, The Wall, Fuga,Subterra,Big Fish, ...many!and so on... ;)
When it comes to play Music, I prefer Rock definately; for a main band, symphonic; for other bands Rock in general(harder than softer); some celtic touches are welcome. And just for fun, everything :p(as long as its Music and not shit-sick)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Playing on stage ;) is the best thing, always.
We also addopted 2 rescued pigs who were gonna be slaughtered but now live their lives as they should, in freedom and peace.
